随着 GPT 5.6 和 ChatGPT App 的更新，Anthropic 还是急了。
直接在昨天晚上这种不寻常的时间，没有任何理由重置了额度的限制（5 小时和每周都重置了）。
主要是下面 Codex 的俩 开发者哥们在下面拱火，贴脸开大，哈哈

OpenAI 昨天晚上发了一堆东西，乱七八糟的。
GPT 5.6 终于发布了，随之发布的还有全新的 ChatGPT 应用（也就是 Codex 应用，改了个界面、换了个名字）。
现在 OpenAI 全面学习 Anthropic 产品的命名方式。
无论是从新的 5.6 命名上（原来他们是通过 Pro Mini 这种方式去命名，现在通过全新的名字比如 Sol 命名），还是产品形态上，Codex 应用现在硬生生被改成了类似 Claude 桌面端的方式。
他们硬拆分出了 Work 和 Code 两个 Tab。
你在切换的时候，整个界面除了左上角那个标志换了，其实根本看不出区别。
更别扭的是，聊天本身被缩进到了右下角一个非常小的弹窗里，整个界面充满了这种别扭的痕迹。
我一直坚持认为，Work 和 Code 根本没必要硬去区分，没必要在界面上透露出“我这个东西只能 Code”或者“我这个东西只能 Work”，用户直接用就行了。
本来经过几个月，大家已经建立起了关于 Codex 软件的认知，这一波操作直接给整没了，过去几个月全白干。现在每个人都很困惑，找不到自己的东西在哪，甚至找不到自己以前在 ChatGPT 软件里的聊天记录，非常蛋疼。
除了这些，还有几个新变化：
1. Site 插件上线：
Codex 里面的 Site 插件已经上线了，可以直接去插件里面找。我试了一下，它能直接帮你生成网页，生成时会提供多套网页供你在界面上选择。
生成网页之后，它还可以连接你已有的业务数据，同时还能帮你部署到 OpenAI 的网站（部署到线上），方便你分享给朋友，这个非常好用。
2. 移动端调用插件：移动端的 ChatGPT 现在也可以调用原来 Codex 里面的那些插件了。
3. 基础能力升级：它的“浏览器使用”和“计算机使用”功能都进行了升级，变得更快、更准确了。
同时，GPT 5.6 的前端能力终于提升了，不会生成千篇一律的垃圾界面。
现在 ChatGPT 移动端 App 也可以进行切换了，网页端和移动端马上都会同步切换这个 Work 能力。
好嘞，更新就这些，赶紧去玩玩吧！

我很多东西都不太擅长，不过有一个东西我（有意还是无意）一直做得还不错，那就是抓住趋势。
这些趋势在我脑子里面各种各样地存在着，我想把它们可视化成一个图表。所以我在我新的vibecoded博客平台上做了一篇动态博客（这个平台就是让我能做这种页面的），上面就是这个图表。首先得说明的是，这完全是我个人的主观看法，说白了就是脑子里的想法倒出来而已。其次我得说明，我并不认为自己是对的，这只是我个人看法的可视化！
我会持续更新这个图表。
你可以在图例上选择不同的趋势，或者点击某条线，也能全屏看！还可以选择索引视图，也挺有意思的 :D
有什么想加的或改的地方就告诉我吧！

The first disclaimer of course is this is completely subjective and essentially a chart based brain dump. And the second disclaimer is I don't think I'm right, it's just my own beliefs visualized!

Claude Cowork 本意是作为一个更安全（而且稍微弱点）的 Code 替代品，这样非程序员就不会搞出大问题。这个我理解。但我搞不明白 ChatGPT Work 到底是什么，或者比起 Codex 的工作版我到底是赚还是亏。
话说回来，在做项目的时候能快速弹出聊天窗口，我还是挺喜欢的。

This is confusing...
Claude Cowork was a purposefully more secure (& slightly weaker) alternative to Code designed so non-coders couldn't cause too much trouble. I got that. But I don't understand what ChatGPT Work is, or what I am gaining/giving up using it versus Codex on work
On the other hand, I do like the quick pop-out chat window for having a conversation while working on a project.
OpenAI was doing so well fixing their naming curse with Luna, Terra, Sol, and Codex, and then they introduce entirely new ChatGPT-based names...

先说 GPT-5.6。
GPT-5.6 今天正式放开，三个级别：Sol 是旗舰，主打复杂推理和长时间自主工作；Terra 是性价比款，官方说性能接近上一代旗舰 GPT-5.5 但价格只有一半；Luna 是轻量款，跑得快、便宜。API 定价方面，Sol 每百万 token 输入 5 美元、输出 30 美元，Luna 只要 1 美元和 6 美元。ChatGPT 免费用户和 Go 用户默认用 Terra，Plus 及以上可以自选模型。
Sol 还新增了两个推理档位：max 让模型花更多时间深度思考，ultra 则会调用多个子智能体(Agent)并行处理任务，有点像同时派出几个人分头干活再汇总。ultra 目前限 Pro 和 Enterprise 用户。
再说 ChatGPT 和 Codex 桌面应用合并。
OpenAI 把 ChatGPT 和 Codex 塞进了同一个桌面应用里，Chat、Work、Codex 三个模式共享同一套能力和任务历史，区别只在界面：Codex 展示代码差异和 PR（代码提交合并请求），Work 把技术细节隐藏掉，面向非开发者。用户可以在两个模式间自由切换。
Codex 现在每周活跃用户 500 万，其中超过 100 万人用它做的是开发之外的工作，比如写报告、做分析。OpenAI 发现非开发者也涌进了 Codex，与其维护两个独立产品，不如合到一起。Fidji Simo（OpenAI 应用业务 CEO）内部邮件里说：“产品分散拖慢了我们的速度。”
ChatGPT Work 是这次最值得关注的新功能。它不再只是回答问题，还能跨应用执行任务：连接你的 Google Drive、Slack、邮箱等工具，自己拆解复杂项目，分步骤独立完成，需要时才问你。比如你给它一句话“把客户调研整理成营销方案”，它能自己读资料、写方案、生成不同市场的素材版本，全程带着上下文。还能设定定时任务，比如每周自动汇总 Slack 消息刷新会议议程。
Work 也会登陆网页和手机端，意味着你不需要在电脑前也能发起和跟踪任务。
另一个值得一提的是 Sites。现在 ChatGPT 对话里生成的可视化、仪表盘或小工具，点一下就能变成一个可分享的网站。做个项目进度面板发给团队、做个内部工具原型让同事试用，不用再折腾部署。
浏览器也升级了，支持登录态网站操作、多标签页和文件下载，配合新的 Chrome 扩展，ChatGPT 可以在你浏览器里直接帮你干活。这让 Computer Use（电脑操控）能力有了更实际的落地场景。
Codex 端也有几个开发者关心的更新：可以直接在应用里编辑文件、看 PR 和审查反馈、新增 Ultra 模式处理高难度编码任务。还有一个细节，Codex 加了从 Claude Code 迁移的导入功能，包括设置和偏好配置，显然是在争抢 Anthropic 的开发者用户。
今天的发布放在更大的背景下看，是 OpenAI 超级应用战略的一步。把聊天、编码、浏览、文件操作全装进一个应用里，目标是成为 AI 时代的生产力平台，直接对标 Google Workspace 和 Microsoft 365。
考虑到 OpenAI 刚向 SEC 提交了上市文件，企业用户贡献了其 40% 的收入，这次发布的商业逻辑也很清楚：用统一平台锁住企业客户，为 IPO 讲一个更大的故事。

You can now vibe code a language model.
From a single prompt, GPT‑5.6 built the entire training pipeline and trained a model from scratch on my iMessage history. Locally on my Mac.
It now generates replies in my writing style.
This was the whole prompt (you can see it in the video as well):

I don’t think people understand how well 5.6 Sol knows how to train a model.

当你用 Coding Agent 去 Vibe Coding 的时候，你的角色不是单纯的程序员了，变成了工程经理（EM，Engineering Manager）的角色，这就好比你问一个 EM：为啥要去看代码？不应该只关注功能么？
一个不懂代码不看代码的 EM 也许可以当个合格的 EM，但绝对不是优秀的 EM。
指挥 AI Agent 干活，跟 EM 指挥一群开发工程师（SDE）很像，当过 EM 的一定心有戚戚，你得帮着去理解需求、拆解需求，去分配任务，去验收任务。
比指挥 SDE 省心的地方在于你不用照顾 AI 的情绪，也不用担心 AI 过劳，可以使劲 PUA，使劲用。
但费心的地方在于 AI 没有主动性，AI 没有完整上下文。
没有主动性体现在你得指挥着他们干活，哪怕 AI 再聪明，也不能你一句话就主动把活都给你干了。
整个团队 EM 了解的信息是最多的，下面每一个 SDE 了解的信息都是片面的，就像 Agent 不知道所有上下文只有你知道。
所以一个功能做出来，EM 如果不验收一下，不看看代码，那么即使你下面的 SDE 再聪明，也会因为信息不对称不完整，造成误解，而实现出跟你预期不一样的结果，更不要说搞出一些严重的安全性问题。
再聪明的 AI，在没有充分了解所做功能的完整上下文、使用场景的情况下，方案都是可能有偏差的。毕竟没有万能的方案，只有适合特定场景的方案。就算你在事前有充分的计划和讨论，但是一些藏在你脑子里面的隐含的难以表达的信息还有很多是无法直接传导给 AI 的。

We’ve been post-training a version of GLM that is trained to escalate to a frontier model inside the Computer harness. When paired with an advisor, this model functions at Opus 4.8 grade performance at a fraction of the cost. Available now as a research preview!
The model is still being trained but the metrics look promising enough for us to provide this to users on production, as people are getting more conscious of token spend. We will be sharing more details in a research paper and blog soon.
Long term, we think the right way to orchestrate open source and frontier models is to post-train them to get good at advisor escalation to a frontier expensive model when necessary, inside an agent harness that’s already deployed in production to millions of users. Perplexity is uniquely positioned to solve this problem.

OpenAI 今天发布 GPT-Live，用全双工架构（full-duplex）取代 ChatGPT 原有的语音模式。同声传译的演示效果很惊艳。
两个型号 GPT-Live-1 和 GPT-Live-1 mini，分别面向付费和免费用户，今天起在 iOS、Android 和网页端全球推出。
这是 ChatGPT 语音的第三代技术。之前的语音模式本质上是"对讲机"模式，你说完它才说，中间稍微停顿一下就可能被打断。GPT-Live 改成了全双工，可以一边听你说一边自己说，每秒做多次交互决策，判断该说话、该闭嘴、该打断还是该调用工具。对话中它会像真人一样插入"mhmm""got it"之类的回应，表示在听。
架构上有一个比较有意思的变化：GPT-Live 把语音交互层和推理层拆开了。日常对话它自己处理，遇到需要联网搜索、深度推理的问题，就后台交给 GPT-5.5 去干活，自己继续跟你聊着。等结果出来了再无缝带回对话。OpenAI 说以后出了更新的模型会持续替换后端，前端语音模型不用重新训练。这个设计对做语音智能体的开发者可能比较有吸引力，也给了 OpenAI 一个把语音产品和模型迭代解耦的机制。
用户端还加了三档推理强度可选：Instant（快速回答）、Medium 和 High（需要想一会儿的复杂问题），九个语音角色也重新录制过。语音对话中还能显示天气、股票、体育比分等可视化卡片。
不过上线第一天用户反馈就出现了一个有点讽刺的问题：那些设计来让对话更自然的回应词，实际用起来让不少人觉得烦。社交媒体上已经有用户吐槽 GPT-Live 的"mhmm"太频繁，声音直接闯入注意力的感受和文字不同，AI 的热情过了头反而成了干扰。TechCrunch 在报道中也提到，演示中展示印地语实时翻译时，模型带着明显的美式口音，措辞偏书面，效果并不理想。OpenAI 说"针对最常用语言做了优化"，但没有公布具体支持哪些语言。

The metrics discussion at OpenAI is a little confusing to me. I appreciate the clarification about bad benchmarks, but they spent a lot of money developing a very good benchmark of autonomous model ability at hard tasks, GDPval, and haven't reported it for GPT-5.6.

真佩服 Vercel 的挖坑速度，又开了个大坑，后面就看能不能填上了。
Native SDK 是一套用 Zig 语言构建原生桌面应用的开发框架，它想解决的问题是用声明式标记语言写 Native UI。
要我说，在 AI 时代之前，这类框架真的挺有价值的，写一遍到处能运行。
现在 AI 时代，不如同一套设计，让 AI “翻译”到不同平台，Mac 你就老老实实用 AppKit（SwiftUI 都没必要），既能保证性能和兼容性，又能避免去踩跨平台框架带来的各种坑。
当然只是我观点，仅供参考，下面是项目的介绍：
主流方案（Electron 之类）往往要把一整个浏览器打包进去，应用体积和内存占用都很夸张。Native SDK 的做法是保留声明式的写法，但把浏览器换掉，用自己的渲染引擎直接往操作系统窗口里画像素。
开发体验上，界面写在 .native 后缀的标记文件里，逻辑用 Zig 写，架构是 Model/Message/Update 的单向数据流，跟 Elm 那一套思路类似。状态变更只发生在一个 update 函数里，界面层只负责绑定和派发消息，不能直接改数据。这种约束带来一个好处：整个应用的行为是确定性的，可以录制一次操作、无头回放、逐帧对比状态指纹来做自动化测试。
框架自带了一套组件库（按钮、输入框、Tab、对话框、虚拟列表、图表等），默认就有排版和配色，拿来就能用。定制走设计 Token 体系，换一套 Token 就能换一套视觉风格。CLI 工具链也比较完整：native init 创建项目，native dev 热重载开发，native check 做静态校验（能检查标记文件里的数据绑定是否跟 Zig 的 Model 和 Msg 类型匹配），native test 跑无头 UI 测试，native build 出发布包。最终产物是几 MB 的单体二进制文件，不带解释器和运行时。
一个有意思的设计是它把 AI Agent 协作作为一等公民考虑：每个应用内置自动化服务器，Agent 可以读取无障碍快照、操控控件、断言运行时状态、截取确定性截图。CLI 还自带 Agent 技能文件，用 native skills list 可以查看。
平台支持方面，macOS 最成熟（Metal 渲染、原生菜单、托盘），Linux 和 Windows 可用但功能少一些，iOS 和 Android 处于实验阶段。WebView 作为可选项在桌面端也能混用。项目目前还在 pre-1.0 阶段，API 仍在变动，采用 Apache 2.0 开源协议。

两条关于 GPT-5.6 和 GPT-6 的爆料。
先说最劲爆的一条：OpenAI 准备跳过 5.x 系列，直接推 GPT-6。
GPT-5.6 将是 5.x 系列的最后一个模型，GPT-6 大约一个月后发布，甚至可能 7 月底就到。GPT-5.6 刚在 6 月 26 日开始受限预览，明天（美国时间 7 月 9 日）才正式向公众开放，结果下一代已经在路上了。
按照爆料者的说法，GPT-6 将基于一个全新的、规模大得多的预训练底座。此前 GPT-5.5 和 GPT-5.6 共用代号“Spud”的预训练基座（约 4T token），OpenAI 原本打算沿用 Spud 继续做到 GPT-6，但临时改了主意。
改主意的原因：Anthropic 的 Mythos。
GPT-6 是 OpenAI 对 Mythos 的真正回应，Mythos 改变了一切，所有人都在往大了做。

另一个值得注意的信号来自马斯克。Andrew Curran 提到 xAI 有一个 10T 参数的 Grok 正在训练中。这个说法和 5 月份马斯克本人透露的信息吻合，当时他确认 Grok V9（1.5T 参数）已完成训练，同时有 6T 和 10T 的版本在 Colossus 2 集群上并行训练。Grok 4.5 已于 6 月 28 日在 SpaceX 和 Tesla 内部开始测试。
中国这边也没闲着。DeepSeek V4 正式版计划 7 月中旬上线（4 月 24 日发布的是预览版），将引入高峰时段双倍定价机制。爆料者称 DeepSeek V4 正式版的能力可能追平甚至超过智谱 6 月 13 日发布的 GLM-5.2。
与此同时，DeepSeek 已经开始研发一个更大的新模型，目标是和 MiniMax 即将推出的 M3 Pro 竞争。据 The Information 报道，M3 Pro 总参数量 2.7T，计划在 Q3 开源，将是中国最大的开源模型。
把这些消息拼在一起看，2026 年下半年的 AI 竞赛格局已经清晰：美国几家头部实验室被 Anthropic 的 Mythos 级能力刺激，全面转向更大规模的预训练；中国实验室则在开源路线上加速追赶，GLM-5.2 和 DeepSeek V4 都在特定任务上逼近闭源前沿。
看起来 Scale Law 还没到头。

Seedream 5.0 的图像模型上线了。
大概跑了几张图试了一下，整体看起来不错，比之前的图像模型进步很大。
1. 一句话让它生成《黑神话：水浒传》的一个游戏截图
2. 让他生成一张茶叶制作和品种的科普图
3. 给它一个参考图，让它基于这个参考图的组件生成一个 Web 的 UI 设计稿
4. 让他用一张图介绍《凡人修仙传：人界篇》的剧情
不过在文字细节上，目前来看如果文字很多的话，有跟 GPT-4o 类似的问题，就是文字比较糊。
我这个测试的都是 2K 分辨率，从分辨率上来讲是比 GPT-4o 更高一点，但从文字细节上讲是差不多的。

现在居然连个人主页都能直接生成了——因为Claude Code跟网站跑在同一台服务器上，它当场就能搭起一个/api路由，iOS端调这个接口获取数据，再渲染成原生Swift组件
我全程没碰一行代码，全靠提示词指挥，而且因为它在云端Mac Mini上跑的是无头模式，连登录检查都不需要！太酷了

And it's made profile pages now, and because Claude Code runs on same server as the site itself it can instantly build an /api route that the iOS app then uses to get the data to put everything in native Swift elements
